I am now the Director of Infrastructure & Service Architecture at Lowe’s Companies, Inc., a FORTUNE® 50 company with fiscal year 2010 sales of $48.8 billion that serves approximately 15 million customers a week at more than 1,750 home improvement stores in the United States, Canada and Mexico. Reporting to the SVP of Infrastructure & Operations, I lead a team of Directors, Managers and Individual Contributors responsible for I&O Strategy & Architecture, and Service Management & Governance.
